Many of them argue that the authorities should spend more money on railways rather than on roads, I do not quite agree with this view as this isn't the authentic argument. Some people say that the main environmental problem of our time is loss of particular species of plants and animals. Others say that there are more important environmental problems. Individuals can do nothing to improve the environment; only governments and large companies can make a difference. To what extent do you agree or disagree? Changes in environment cannot take place through the individuals, only government or huge companies can bring the difference. Children in rural areas are being left in their academic development. Why is this being case? what solution can you suggest?                                               Youngsters of countryside always lag behind in their career growth. This essay aims to study possible reasons of this situation and also justifiable solutions to this problem.   Firstly, this manifestation is due to less availability of resources which are essentially required to put forward every step in academic progress.
