 If we want to see the future of the planet, we will have to drastically change our way of life. What is your opinion?


These days, more people are irresponsible towards nature and there is no concern to save the environment. But, what is the most effective method for dealing with these people, is it to make them educate about the importance of nature of the planet and what could be the consequences if we are not cautious? Some people believe that there will be significant changes in our way of living if we do not think about future of world. I completely agree and in this essay I will support my opinion with examples.

Firstly, pollution is the main reason of destruction of our environment. There are three major types of pollution - air , water and noise pollution ,which leads to contamination of environment. For example, in today's generation, people have more than one vehicle in their homes which is one of  the main reasons behind air pollution and also noise pollution. If people use public means of transportation rather than using their own automobiles then there will be decrease in pollution of environment and also earth could be saved from global warming.

Another reason is deforestation, which can lead to demolition of atmosphere. To give an instance, people are cutting off the trees to built their homes, offices etc. Due to increase in population, people are finding no other way than replacing forest and constructing places to accommodate themselves. This is the reason why people are not even getting fresh air to breath and also this is the cause for extinction of some wildlife habitat. If we want to save future , we have to start afforestation and try to not cut off the trees. I strongly believe if we take this step seriously then we can save the future of the planet.

In conclusion, although it is common belief that we have to save the future of earth if not we have to change our lifestyles radically. I believe it is our duty to protect our nature by reducing pollution and deforestation. Personally, I think people have to be more responsible towards environment and lead their life accordingly.

Have you ever been to any island? Yes, I have! Actually, I lived on an island for 3 months back in 2016. My mother was offered to work at a resort for 2 years, so I joined them there for 3 months.  Isl and life was quite an interesting experience! Are there any islands in your country? Yes, there are.
