In some countries, owning a home rather than renting one is very important for people.

Why might this be the case?

Do you think this is a positive or negative situation?

 

Food, water, air, clothing and shelter are the requisite requirements for each and every mankind. Amongst them residing in an appropriate abode is more significant which ensures the safety and security of an individual, especially, investing their paper money to buy their dream house. Whether this kind of activity connotes the extreme economic development of a nation? I will explicate the facts in the subsequent paragraphs and conclude with my convictions at the end.

 

To commensurate, in recent eras, it is more evident that some citizens commenced to afford predominant preference to have their own accommodation, instead of, being a tenant. In other words, people consider this to be the most pivotal part of their life which ascends their status in the midst of the social members. Furthermore, possessing the position as a proprietor for his / her palace will, in turn, assist them in the future in case of sticky situations as well as it is the safest asset to hold which ramp up the monetary values relentlessly.

 

To supplement, multiple reasons can be piled up for this cause, specifically, every mankind’s main motive is to boast an own house which is inserted in one of their life – term goals. If he/she has a charismatic castle to exist, then he/she can save their money which is squandered as rent for each month. In addition, they can have a permanent identity, as well as, cherish them from wandering to all places in search of a temporary spot to live. Moreover, they can choose the serene environment in order to buy a pristine place to lodge them.

 

To add on, in my vantage, owning an amazing abode is more beneficial since it aids the people to gain greater confidence to lead their life with loads of excitement. It reflects on the economic profile of a country to a greater extent by paying the house tax to the government so that the administrators can resort this money to enhance their homeland. For instance, people who rule the roost in India have charted out to provide a home for every citizen which manifests the importance of the shelter to all sorts of pupils.

 

In conclusion, getting an own stupendous spot to survive is more beneficial for the residents for the safety of their future, whereas, it is better to live in a rental zone as it requires the least maintenance , thereby, one can revive his/her expenditures.

Have you ever been to any island? Yes, I have! Actually, I lived on an island for 3 months back in 2016. My mother was offered to work at a resort for 2 years, so I joined them there for 3 months.  Isl and life was quite an interesting experience! Are there any islands in your country? Yes, there are.
