Some employers want to be able to contact their staffs
at all times, even on holidays.
Does this development have more advantages than
disadvantages.
Working efficiently and effectively on the weekdays as well as spending time for fun and recreation on the weekends, integrated en masse, so as to lead a sensible and joyful life. In reality, some employers want to engage their employees officially on their day-offs. Will this amend a healthy relationship between the boss and the workers? I will elucidate the merits and demerits in the forthcoming paragraphs and conclude with my convictions at the end.
On one hand, accessing the labourers by their proprietors, irrespective
of the time, aids in the fastidious completion of the task in a short – term period, which in turn,
results in the humongous growth of an organization. Henceforth, assigning,
charting, executing, and completing an assignment can be carried over by the
employees, round the clock, uninterruptedly. For instance, a massive venture which is initiated on a pilot basis, can
captivate their wage – earner, incorporating with the task 24/7 in order to establish as a mammoth
institution, perhaps, workmen and workwomen should be ready to sacrifice their
amusements.
On the flip side, engaging
on the relentless work and subsiding the
time for leisure, indeed, generate a negative impact explicitly, which puts them under extreme and uncontrolled pressure
that leads the way for the emergence of a stressful life. Moreover, if there is a lack of expending joyful
moments with the family and companions, obviously, affect the
interrelations and interconnections to a greater extent, though, an employee
sounds financially meaty and well built.
To encapsulate,
employees should be readily available to toil for his/her organizer, neglecting
the time factor, which in turn, visualize the hale and hearty bonding amongst
them, while, stealing the time for entertainment from their hired-men and
women, undoubtedly, devastate and deteriorate their personal life, as well as,
portrays the dictatorship of a manager who considers his / her employees as a
bondsman.
