IELTS WRITING TASK 2 - DISCUSS BOTH VIEWS - SATYA
In a number of countries, some people think it is necessary to spend a large sum of money on constructing new railway lines for very fast trains between cities. Others believe the money should be spent on improving existing public transport.
Discuss both
views and give your opinion.
Migrating from one
place to another is requisite and inevitable and the different sorts of
transportation aid in accessing the specific spots. Some people believe that
it is more essential to expend mammoth money in establishing modern railway
systems, while, others perception is that the administrators should spend the
money to improvise the present means of transport. What has to be done prior to this arena? I will pen down my conceptions in the subsequent paragraphs and
conclude with my viewpoints at the end.
On one side, if the
humongous currency is utilized to design some new track lines such as metro
trains, it will be easier for the citizens to transpose from place to place
within a short span of time. In other words, hyper – modernized traveling facilities
will assist in alleviating the terrific traffic issues which are faced by the
pupils in their quotidian life. Moreover, a wide range of cities can be connected
via these innovative methods without occupying much space on the land which in
turn succour in neglecting the overwhelming crowds. For instance, in many
overseas nations, metro railways are working as an underground system, thereby, will
not interrupt the other types of transport.
On the flip side, it
is more significant to afford lumpsum paper money, in order to, develop the
transporting system resorted by the natives at present. It is more obvious that
the facilities available in the current voyaging network are not up to the
anticipated level and it has be remodeled, so that, people can travel conveniently.
Furthermore, the fare of present transportation is more economical and
reasonable which can be resorted by varied persons ranging from rich to poor
compared to the ultra-modern railway networking lines.
To encapsulate, in my vantage,
it is more pivotal to bring some tremendous transformations in the department
of transport which prevents the public from squandering time and energy,
while the migrating system which is readily available currently has to be
renewed rigorously to cater to the needs of the whole population.
