Some people believe that good leaders are inborn while others argue that individuals can learn their leadership skills.

Discuss both sides and give your opinion.

 

Maneuvering the disciples in the appropriate direction, choosing the wise decisions meticulously with  equanimity, being modest and humble, etc.., are the varied aspects to evolve as a stupendous superior. Some people convict that the art of mastery is an innate character of mankind while others perception is that the attitude of being a courageous commander can be aggregated by pursuing different sorts of skills. Are the leaders self – made? I will elucidate my viewpoints in the forthcoming paragraphs and conclude with my conceptions at the end.

 

On one hand, if a person is inherent with the  quality of hegemony, then he/she can accomplish all the tasks fastidiously in due course of time, specifically, without the support and guidance from others. In other words, people who are expert in mastering others naturally, obviously, will be readily accessible to tackle any kinds of challenges voluntarily, in order to, manifest their multi-dimensional talents, thereby, to reach the predominant position of the victory stand. Furthermore, a fantabulous foreman will not refuse the opportunities knocking his doorstep, as well as, resort them acutely, certainly, least bothered about transposing via the extreme hazardous esplanades which he/she come across in the midst of his / her task and toil tremendously to reach the dizzying heights.

 

On the flip side, it is more obvious and evident that anybody can acquire the skill of being a captain by undergoing training in various prowesses. For instance, the offsprings of most of the pioneered personalities, indeed, were not notable and iconic in that specified arena, whereas, peeps who came from marginalized and underprivileged  background are more likely witnessed to be a laudable leader since by carving and moulding  themselves, so as to, improvise their versatility. In addition, if one has to taste the absolute taste of triumphs, then he/ she has to expose their relentless perseverance, contemplating, the balls of criticisms thrown on him/her by his/her friends and foes.

 

In conclusion, in my vantage, the most eminent and intellectual leaders are born by birth, henceforth, in requisite in mastering themselves to prove that,  while, the quality of dominance can be elegantly etched and inculcated in all sixth sense holders  by undergoing astonishing aptitudes which assist them to ramp up as a pristine personality.

Have you ever been to any island? Yes, I have! Actually, I lived on an island for 3 months back in 2016. My mother was offered to work at a resort for 2 years, so I joined them there for 3 months.  Isl and life was quite an interesting experience! Are there any islands in your country? Yes, there are. There is one famous island called X, famed for its  crystal clear  water and white sands. I’ve heard the pagodas are very interesting to visit there, as well.
