An increasing number of children are overweight which could result in many problems when they grow older both in the terms of their health and health care costs.

Why do you think so many children are overweight?

What could be done to solve this problem?

 

Being hale and hearty is the key attribute that aids in cherishing and enjoying each and every moment of our life. Yet, it is not an easy task being well-built physically, perhaps, maintaining a healthy lifestyle especially in our diet is mandatory, or else, it can generate negative impacts on our organ system to a greater extent. What are the requisite things to be followed by mankind so as to evolve wealthy health? I will elaborate on the facts in the forthcoming paragraphs and conclude with my convictions at the end.

 

To initiate with, It is more evident that ingesting foods which are beneficial for us, certainly, help in the perfect development of our body, but, owing to the modernized society, utmost preference given to the junk foods, which in turn, reflect on our body organs resulting in the multiple number of health issues, especially being obese. Furthermore, the problem of  obesity is most visible amongst the kids which could become a long – term problem, thereby, humongous amount of money has to be expended in the health cares to resolve it but unpredictable with regards to positive outcomes.

 

To supplement, there are numerous reasons which can be piled up correlated with this mess between the children, in particular, adopting fast foods as we are residing in the ultra-modern society where everything should be ended up at once in due course of time. In addition to this, the significance of physical activities have been curtailed among the people since everybody has become addicted to technology carved them into a statue, sitting idle in  a fixed  spot, henceforth, not having the exposure to be fit as a fiddle.

 

To conclude, in my opinion, fastidious actions have to be charted out and executed assiduously so as to overcome the hurdles evolved by this muddle. The foremost things are to intake nutrition- rich diet, specifically, balanced diet, which is the combo of nurturing nutrition, as well as, involving effectively to perform bodily exercises, yoga, meditation,etc.., which can sooth our body system physically and mentally too. It is the responsibility of the parents and the administrators to establish awareness among the young peeps related to fitness and avoidance of fatty foods.
