More and More Businesses as well as individuals are choosing to communicate either professionally or socially using technology rather than being face to face. Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of using technology for communicating ?


Nowadays, Majority of the small-scale/large-scale industries and people are relieing on Hi-Tech computers/automation to connect with their potential clients either formally/causally. There are few pros and cons for each side of the coin, which I am going to discuss in the subsequent paragraphs. I absolutely agree with the statement as the world is verging towards modernization and vast numbers of businesses/populations have opted to "Go Digital", especially India.

Firstly, with the use of cutting-edge technology in place it's very convenient to connect with the customers all over the globe within milli-seconds. Employers/business personnel's can leverage social-media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn to hut for specific talent which is required for their organisation at that very point of time. Secondly, it is cost-efficient, easy to use for any age groups , if they are well-trained and mentored. Thirdly, each and every one has the opportunity to advertise/promote their trades and skillets with just an ease of few clicks online. Fourthly, they have an additional advantage of wider coverage in reaching billions of people over the world and gathering quality advice from domain/business experts in improving/raising their firms.

On the other hand, human beings being a social animal, it becomes evident/pivotal to connect and erect a bond with them at all possible levels- mentally, economically, socially, which is only achecived when the person is in close proximity and maintains a healthy relationships with his or her peers. This in turn eventually builds trust and brings in more transparency to the business or human relationships. Trust factor is been japitized in the above mentioned scenario. Like-minded people with similar mentalities are required in order to build and raise an empire out of nowhere.

In Conclusion, "Digital Communication" has much greater plus points over physical interactions/conversations, but it utimately depends and varies on person's perspective to which one to elect from in general.

Have you ever been to any island? Yes, I have! Actually, I lived on an island for 3 months back in 2016. My mother was offered to work at a resort for 2 years, so I joined them there for 3 months.  Isl and life was quite an interesting experience! Are there any islands in your country? Yes, there are. There is one famous island called X, famed for its  crystal clear  water and white sands. I’ve heard the pagodas are very interesting to visit there, as well.
