In some countries, most people prefer to rent their homes rather than buying them. What are some of the advantages and disadvantages of renting homes?
In the advent
of technology leap, robust economic costs in fewer countries majority of people
wish to rent their homes rather than buying them. It has both pros and cons and I
will elucidate my views in the forthcoming paragraphs
One evident benefit is, the prices of essential commodities are galloping,
touching the sky, and to cut down their economic costs people to chose to rent a
house. In addition, other factors like employee transfer or migration can be
beneficial for up-scaling the skills who have been employed in the same firm since
long back, and to welcome the change in their livelihood is reinforcing to opt
rented one. People migrate for a new place preferring rented houses aiding to
provide sophisticated education for their children. Another reason, the same
house would have been facilitated with picturesque plantation beside the breathtaking view of surroundings that helps to promote a positive impact on health.
On the other hand, an obvious disadvantage at a pristine place would be messing up with the
community and safety net, had the neighbour been rude? To add to this, entering
or living at a new abode can't make them feel the warmth of their own home, and having
had caught up in emotional turmoil will allow them to drag. In fact, appears to
be daunting, misses their family members who were clinging to each other.
Financial losses are estimated, having chosen a rented apartment/Villa at the
long-run than buying the same.
In conclusion, while there are plus points especially for livelihood and growth
in life, too much would be lost renting a home. In the end, it's people's
choice to line up, look after their interests, safety and contemporary situation surrounded by
them.
