In some cultures,  children are often told that they can achieve anything if they try hard enough.

What are the advantages and disadvantages of giving children this message?

 

Relentless perseverance is the key attribute to triumph in our life. Do you think will hard work alone ascend us in the ladder of success? Some people and their cultures convict that children can aggregate anything in their life by attempting the task seriously. Is this the appropriate way to maneuver the kids in the acute direction? I will elucidate the virtues and vices of the given assertion in the subsequent paragraphs and conclude at the end with my conceptions.

 

On one hand, if the youngsters toil tremendously in order to accomplish the assigned work, then, obviously,  he / she can access to the peak point of victory within a short period of time. In other words, if the unique youths concentrate consciously on any specific assignment, they can sort out the pros and cons rigorously, thereby, succour them in wiping off the negative vibes which enact as a stumbling block to reach the stupendous success. Furthermore, they can carry on their work, certainly, independent of others, as well as, manifest their profile of versatility.

 

On the contrary, if the young prodigies involve themselves in the completion of work,24/7, round the clock, uninterruptedly, then he/she cannot enjoy their astonishing amusements, which in turn, becomes a stress booster for them at one point. In addition, they will commence behaving like remote control robots, pretermitting their emotional feelings and also affording the most prominent priority for their jobs. Moreover, they will not embrace the devastating defeats which in case happens at the end of the execution of their tasks, so that, it can ramp up the pessimistic personality  into their minds, which in turn, drag  down their performance level to the core.

 

To encapsulate, as per my perception,  it is more obvious that hard work is the stepping stone to succeed in our life, while, smart work is also one of the most requisite qualities  for each and every mankind to proceed in their tasks invincibly. The dynamic combo of hard work and smart work assist in the holistic development of an intellectual and a skillful individual.
