THE BEST WAY TO IMPROVE HEALTH IS EXERCISE DAILY. TO WHAT EXTENT DO YOU AGREE?
‘Health is wealth’. Nowadays, it is becoming highly challenging for many people to retain standard health for a longer time, and the foremost way to suppress any kind of health concern is by practicing different bodily exercises and making it a habitual activity in one’s everyday life. I thoroughly agree with this conviction and will explicate the appropriate reasons in my forthcoming paragraphs.
To commence with, in today’s day-to-day life, it is obvious that one needs to sustain with well-qualified health for a better tomorrow. In other words, people should prioritize their health maintenance as the prime most important asset of their life, as it has an indispensable role that advances humans and keeps them alive, resulting in better prospects for glittering futures. However, as most of the individuals are getting heavily occupied in the domestic environment, working at organizations and fighting with every day’s hustle and bustle, thereby backing up their revenue, people have a very mere spare time left in their hands. Despite these complications, how can people safeguard their health, proficiently?
To get going, in this big wide world of where most of the natural resources are likely to be in the zone of contamination, it is supremely essential that one should ensure him/herself of maintaining a healthy physical and mental health and exclude the state of feeling ill, which results in the reduction of over-dependency on the hospitals by the people for medical services. So, to preclude any kind of health disease, one should start executing physical exercises like weight lifting, brisk walking, leisure cycling, swimming, and playing at outdoor games which might result in bone strengthening, weight management and increase the chances of long-living. In addition to this, people should also concentrate on brain exercises like yoga and meditation which offers balanced emotional control over their senses with better self-confidence.
To sum up, as health protection, being the most prominent aspect in everyone’s life, people need to stop acting idle, atleast in their leisure times and should pave a path for their well-being by incorporating the attribute of performing both physical and mental exercises as their daily grind, which results in muscle strengthening with a humongous piece of mind.
